Ice cream Stabilizer is a compound ingredient including food emulsifiers and stabilizers. All the ingredients are based on raw materials of non-animal origin. It provides excellent emulsification, high overrun, strong creamy mouthfeel and excellent flavor release, full body, chewy texture, excellent heat-shock stability and shape retention, optimal processing tolerance.

Ingredients: Distilled glycerin monostearate, tripolyglycerol monostearates, guar gum, xanthan gum, konjak flour.

Application: used for ice cream and popsicle(the detailed range of application is subjected to GB2760)

Use direction: this item is disolved in water or directly added to production process. Mix sugar at the ratio of 1/5 and then steadily add it into ice cream raw material cylinder together.

Features: provide good taste, great expansion, make the ice cream not easy to melt. save time to melt with ice cream. good effect without any other food additives.

Recommended dosage: 0.4-0.5%
